SCORING
The athlete's score is the total time for completing the workout. If he or she does not finish the entire workout within the 10-minute time cap, their score is 10:00, plus a one second penalty for each rep not completed.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS
Deadlift
This is a traditional deadlift with the hands outside the knees. Sumo deadlifts are not allowed. Starting at the floor, the barbell is lifted until hips and knees reach full extension with the shoulders behind the bar. The arms must be straight throughout.
Deliberate bouncing of the barbell is not allowed. Dropping the barbell after the completion of the repetition is permitted. Hitching is permitted, as long as full extension of the knees and hips is eventually reached.
Burpee box jump
The athlete must face the box at the bottom position, with the athlete's chest and hips touching the ground. The athlete must come to his or her feet and must jump on top of the box. The jump must be a two-footed jump. One-footed jumps and step-ups are not permitted. Each rep, including the final rep, is complete once the athlete has jumped on top of the box.
VIDEO SUBMISSION STANDARDS
Prior to starting, film the plates and barbell to be used so the loads can be seen clearly and measure the box height. All video submissions should be uncut and unedited in order to accurately display the performance. A stopwatch should be in the frame throughout the entire workout.
WORKOUT 2A/2B
DESCRIPTION
The second qualifier workout for Central Europe Throwdown 2016 consists of two separate scored events. Both executed in 10 minute time cap.
The first event is 3 rounds for time of:

MOVEMENT STANDARDS
Hang Power Snatch
Each repetition must start from the hang, or any repetition taken from the floor, must achieve a deadlift lockout (hips and knees fully extended, shoulders behind the bar) before re-dipping to initiate the hang power snatch. Power snatching the barbell from the ground in one continuous motion is not permitted. The barbell must come to full lockout overhead with the hips, knees and arms fully extended, the bar directly over the heels and the feet together.
Overhead squat
The hip crease must be below the top of the knee at the bottom. A full squat snatch is permitted, but not required, to start the movement if standard depth is achieved. The barbell must come to full lockout overhead with the hips, knees and arms fully extended, and the bar directly over the middle of the body. You may not use a rack.
Toes to bar
In the toes-to-bar, the athlete must go from a full hang to having the toes touch the pull-up bar. Both feet must be in contact with the bar at the same time, inside t The arms and hips must be fully extended at the bottom and the feet must be brought back behind the bar and behind the body.he hands.
Thruster
This is a standard barbell thruster in which the barbell moves from the bottom of a front squat to full lockout overhead. The bar starts on the ground. No racks allowed. The hip crease must pass below the knees. A full squat clean into the thruster is allowed if the bar is on the ground. Using a ball, box or other object to check for proper depth is not allowed.The barbell must come to a full lockout overhead with the hips, knees and arms fully extended, and the bar directly over the body.
Bar Muscle-up
The repetition starts with the athlete hanging from the bar with full extension of the elbows and shoulders. The repetition finishes with the athlete above the bar with full extension of the elbows.
A no rep will occur if:
Full extension of the elbow or shoulder is not established before starting the repetition.
Athlete fails to lock out the elbows directly above the pull-up bar at the top of the rep.
The athlete performs an uprise or glide kip, where the feet raise above the head during the kip.
Chest to bar pull-up
This is a standard chest-to-bar pull-up. Dead hang, kipping or butterfly pull-ups are allowed, as long as all the requirements are met. The arms must be fully extended at the bottom. At the top, the chest must clearly come into contact with the bar into contact with the bar below the collarbone.

Prior to starting,say your name, film the plates and barbell to be used so the loads can be clearly seen.
All video submissions should be uncut and unedited in order to accurately display the performance. A second person with a stopwatch will need to be in the frame throughout the entire workout.
Shoot the video from the side so that it is clear that the barbell is locked out overhead.
EVENT INFO
On the 7th of February 2016 for the third time in central Europe, thanks to the cooperation of Power Gears, BodyWorld and Reebok - Bratislava will host a one of a kind event, which brings together Europe’s best athletes to compete and give their best, having the chance to win prize money in total of 7500€.
About Us
Central Europe Throwdown is a concept formed thanks to the cooperation of CrossFit Pressburg, CrossFit Bratislava and BodyWorld. We all have been involved in the sport of fitness in our region from the very beginning. We wanted to make a high-quality event in central Europe for quite some time now, and this year we knew the time is right. The idea is to give everyone the chance to compete and get together the Europe’s best athletes to enjoy one great competition. And we’ll all do our best to make it one truly great day!

Online Qualification
Qualification consists of two workouts within the 7st and 20th of December 2015:

Everyone can take part in the qualification.
Main Event
Best athletes from the online qualifiers will proceed to the main event, which will take place in Bratislava, Slovakia in February 2016. Athletes and categories of the Central Europe Throwdown will be as follows:

These 80 individual athletes and 10 teams will compete in 3 events and 1 final event in end of which we’ll now the names of the winners of the Central Europe Throwdown 2016.
Expo
The main event’s important feature will be the expo part, where you’ll find all sorts of booths from equipment through clothing to supplements.
Indoor Athletic Stadium ELÁN
This nearly 2500m2 big hall was chosen to host the main event of the Central Europe Throwdown. With a great accessibility and infrastructure, indoor athletic stadium and plenty of space for spectators this was our number one venue.
